Maintenance Executive

			
* Set the annual operating budget and ensure that it is strictly adhere to and follow up on a monthly basis
							
* Supervise and control the extra work done by contractors	
						
* Draw up preventive maintenance schedules for every item of mechanical and electrical plant or equipment of all departments, such as Chillers, Boilers and Cooling		\

* Monitor and control inventories of work equipment advises Hotel 	

* Follow up of the Department Budget on a monthly basis

* Maintain accuracy of savings, such as electricity, gas, water supplies, etc.

* Ensure that preventive maintenance programme is working satisfactorily and that paperwork and logbooks / sheets for all testing (emergency lighting, fire alarm, sprinkler system) are kept up to date

* Ensure regular tests are carried out on water and take appropriate action is taken whenever necessary	
						
* Direct and supervise the day-to-day operations of the general maintenance and repair of the resort
							
* Establish in line with the quality manager of all quality procedures and follow-up							

* Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units
