Brand Ambassador – Front Office & Client Experience

Location: Port Louis, Mauritius

We are recruiting for our client, a leading professional services firm, for a Brand Ambassador – Front Office & Client Experience to deliver an exceptional client experience and uphold the organisation’s professional image and corporate values.

The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for clients, visitors and business partners, ensuring a warm, professional and seamless experience from the moment they arrive. The role combines front-office administration, client hospitality, meeting coordination and brand representation within a professional corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Front Office & Client Relations

  • Welcome and attend to clients, visitors and business partners in a warm, courteous and professional manner.
  • Create a positive first impression and ensure that all visitors receive a high standard of service.
  • Manage reception activities, including visitor registration, incoming calls, enquiries and directing visitors to the appropriate contacts.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area that reflects the organisation’s image and standards.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and ensure their needs are handled efficiently and discreetly.

Client Hospitality & Meeting Coordination

  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, schedules and room preparations for internal and external meetings.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are clean, organised and properly equipped before each meeting.
  • Arrange refreshments and provide appropriate hospitality for clients, visitors and business partners.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure meetings and client visits run smoothly.
  • Anticipate client requirements and promptly address any issues or special requests.

Brand Representation & Corporate Image

  • Act as an ambassador for the organisation by consistently demonstrating its values, service standards and professional culture.
  • Maintain an impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanour at all times.
  • Ensure that the reception area, meeting rooms and shared client-facing spaces reflect the organisation’s corporate image.
  • Support the coordination of corporate events, client functions and internal activities when required.
  • Contribute to strengthening the organisation’s reputation through excellent service, attention to detail and positive client interactions.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Monitor and maintain stocks of refreshments, consumables and other hospitality supplies.
  • Ensure that reception equipment and meeting room facilities are properly maintained and report any issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with administrative, facilities and support teams to ensure the smooth operation of front-office services.
  • Maintain accurate visitor records, meeting schedules and other relevant administrative documentation.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and comply with internal procedures and professional standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve front-office processes, client service and operational efficiency.

Profile Requirements

  • A minimum of a Higher School Certificate (HSC), preferably supported by a tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management, Customer Service, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in a front-office, reception, client service, hospitality or administrative role within a corporate or professional environment.
  • Experience welcoming and assisting corporate clients, senior executives or business visitors would be an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.
  • A polished, professional appearance and excellent customer service etiquette.
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn internal systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • High levels of discretion, integrity and emotional intelligence.
  • A proactive, service-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
