UMWL is hiring a skilled Welder to join our team in Solferino Vacoas,

We are looking for a precision-driven professional to fabricate, join, and repair metal components according to technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate & Weld: Set up and operate welding equipment using [MIG / TIG / Stick] processes.
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings to plan layouts.
• Material Prep: Cut, grind, clamp, and align metal parts to exact tolerances before welding.
• Quality & Safety: Inspect finished welds for defects and strictly adhere to workplace safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5 years of professional welding experience.
• Skills: Proficiency in multi-position welding (flat, vertical, overhead).
• Certification: AWS Certified Welder or trade qualification is highly preferred.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a dynamic workshop environment.
