Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff.
• Assign duties and prepare staff work schedules.
• Monitor food preparation, service, and quality standards.
• Train and guide employees on service procedures and workplace standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering food and supplies.
• Maintain records related to sales, staffing, inventory, and operations.
• Assist management with daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and properly maintained.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of F&B experience, preferably in a supervisory or senior role.
• Good proficiency in English and French.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused.
• Willingness to relocate to Canada.
