Momentum Leisure Ltd is hiring for the upcoming entertainment park at Bagatelle Mall.
Join us as Court Monitor and work together with a passionate and engaged team for the upcoming entertainment area for kids & youngsters at Bagatelle Mall.

Purpose of Role:
To supervise activity areas, promoting a culture of safety, fun, and engaging guest experience by ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of all activity areas. Through a positive attitude, strong customer focus, proactive approach to risk management and ensuring park rules are followed at all times.
The Court Monitor is expected to work on a shift/roster system.
Weekend work and public holiday work is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational & Commercial Delivery
- Supervise and monitor your designated activity area as directed by your Court Supervisor.
- Uphold our park rules at all times.
- Follow all working regulations set out in the company employee handbook, along with any relevant Court Monitor-specific regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues immediately to your Court Supervisor.
- Maintain exceptional housekeeping at all times in every area of the park — not just the arena.
Health, Safety & Incident Management
- Closely monitor guests whose behaviour may create a risk to themselves and/or others, and reiterate the park's safety policy to any guest who fails to uphold the rules — drawing on the support of your leadership team where necessary.
- Be the first point of contact for any accidents or incidents that occur, ensuring guests' health, safety and wellbeing are protected at all times.
People, Guest Experience & Community
- Interact with every guest — from a simple smile to a great big high five — creating unforgettable experiences one guest at a time.
- Create an environment where guests thrive on your incredible personality and enthusiasm.
- Work considerately with children (never alone) and guests with physical or mental disabilities, maintaining good fitness to move around the park and stabilise yourself on the trampolines when required.
- Fulfil the role of Company Ambassador and lead & develop the park's local community engagement programme.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a leisure, hospitality or entertainment environment, including experience in a fast-paced customer-facing operation.
- Communication Skills, Calm under pressure, energetic and attention to details.
- Passionate about customer service
- Experience working with children and youngsters will be considered as an advantage.
