Job Summary The role of the Quality Officer is to maintain an effective communication line with all teams located on both Riche Terre and Marine Road site pertaining to activities managed by the Product Life Cycle team, notably handling of communications from customers, amongst others.

Specific duties Essential Functions

• Liaise with Product Configuration Manager to set internal specifications to be communicated to various internal departments.
• Compile data from multiple departments (e.g., Quality Assurance, Production, and Laboratory) to respond to queries and requirements of the entire Marine Road customer base.
• Manage the document control system to ensure up‑to‑date versions are always available to all relevant departments.
• Assist in the handling of communications from customers and work closely with the Quality Assurance and Production teams regarding product‑related compliance issues.
• Attend ad hoc meetings to ensure accurate product specification information is communicated to relevant production sections.
• Maintain a database of obsolete, in‑process and approved customer specifications as well as copies of customer documents, including contracts, codes of practices, etc.
• Any ad hoc activities as may be required.

• Adhere to Company policies, procedures and budgets.

Legislation & Codes of Practice

• Adhere to the relevant Health and Safety and Labour legislations, importing countries legislation, and current Good Manufacturing Practices for food industries.

Hygiene and sanitation

• Follow all hygiene practices.
