Senior Digital Solutions Coordinator

The Senior Digital Solutions Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining project plans, trackers, and documentation; coordinating meetings and follow-up actions; facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT); and ensuring stakeholders and vendors deliver on agreed commitments.

Skills & Qualifications: 

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field 

- Minimum 4 years in project coordination or PMO roles preferably on IT or digital projects in financial services 

- PRINCE2 Foundation or CAPM; Agile / Scrum foundation certification; ITIL 4 Foundation is an advantage 

- Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Jira MS Project Notion) 

- Understanding of the software development and testing lifecycle 

- Ability to coordinate UAT and defect management with business users

 - Proactive follow-up and ability to manage many parallel actions.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

- Maintain project plans task trackers and timelines and follow up owners on overdue actions 

- Record and update risks assumptions issues and dependencies escalating to the Team Leader as needed 

- Schedule UAT cycles confirm testers from each process domain and prepare test packs with the business

- Run release readiness checklists with Application Operations and IT and coordinate cutover activities

 - Organise end-user training sessions and materials with the business

 - Maintain project charters requirement and user story repositories decision logs and sign-off records
