Beach Waiter/Waitress (Solana Beach Mauritius)

As a Beach Waiter/Waitress, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our valued patrons while they enjoy our stunning beachside location.

Responsibilities:

• Inform Supervisor of any complaints
• Discuss with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Promote events and sales of Food and Beverages
• Ensure proper setting of tables
• Ensure Cleanining of furniture and equipment in his/her section
• Responsible for proper set up of tables 
• Serve food and beverages as per the hotel standard
• Ensure that guests receive efficient service
• Follow all food and beverage procedures
• Ensure that all bills are signed after service

Qualifications: 

• NC3 Restaurant & Bar Service
• Minimum Form V
• 1-2 years' experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry  
• Fluent in English and French
• Strong interpersonal skills
