Job Description
Rogers Capital Technology Services Ltd is looking for a System Administrator to work in its Datacentre Department. This role involves managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure.

Skill(s) Required
- Minimum 4 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure operations.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and VMware/Hyper-V.
- Working knowledge of Linux, networking and enterprise storage.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Veeam Backup & Replication or equivalent solutions.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity tools such as CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, Tenable and Darktrace.
- Understanding of vulnerability management, security incident investigation and firewall policies.
- Relevant Microsoft, AWS and cybersecurity certifications would be an advantage.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Windows, Linux, virtualization and cloud environments.
- Deploy, configure and troubleshoot infrastructure on RCTS Private Cloud Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Manage backup, replication, disaster recovery and infrastructure monitoring.
- Perform server patching, upgrades and performance optimization.
- Monitor and investigate security alerts and coordinate incident remediation.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement security hardening measures.
- Support infrastructure security, access controls and ISO 27001 compliance.
- Participate in infrastructure projects, incident resolution and the Datacentre on-call rotation.
