Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Officer to join their growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with global business companies, trusts, partnerships and investment structures while developing expertise in corporate administration, governance, regulatory compliance and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of international corporate and fiduciary clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, auditors, regulators and other stakeholders.
- Ensure entities are administered in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and constitutional documents.
- Coordinate compliance and KYC matters, including due diligence reviews and transaction monitoring.
- Assist with corporate secretarial activities, including the preparation of board and shareholder documentation.
- Support accounting and financial administration activities, including management accounts, reconciliations and statutory filings.
- Attend client and board meetings and assist with the preparation of meeting records and action points.
- Respond promptly to client queries and deliver high-quality service at all times.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Management, Corporate Governance or a related field.
- Previous experience within a management company, fiduciary services, accounting practice or financial services environment would be an advantage.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of corporate administration, compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management systems.
- Exposure to international structures and high-profile clients.
