The Implementation Specialist is responsible for driving and supporting the implementation of internal solutions for our operations and clients. The role aims to configure and maintain the operational and accounting settings of our internal application. They ensure that the collections, accounting, and other modules are configured in line with business needs, in order to guarantee the proper execution of the services described in the contract.

Your responsibilities within our Tribe :

Implementation on our tools :

• Implementation in line with the rules: compliance with deadlines and the configuration specifications
• Understand the essential configuration requirements (excluding enhancements)
• Contribute to the planning for the implementation of a new client (Donneur d’Ordre) (tree structure, scenarios, media library maintenance, etc.)
• Advise on which configurations are possible or not, and raise alerts where necessary

Tools administration :

• Update the configuration of existing services : mandates, scenarios, rights, organizations, etc.
• Create/modify client data (address, contact person, etc.)
• Create/modify media :  letters, SMS and emails on the operating system, and take part in pre-production testing phases (creation, modification, and white-label adaptation, etc.)

Other Duties and Activities

• Keep knowledge up to date throughout the year in line with platform developments
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and tools,
• Take part in discussions on business process developments through analysis, drafting specifications, and project follow-up,
• Support APOs in optimizing new processes
• Take part in and follow up on additional projects assigned to them, in compliance with schedules and methodology,
• Write structured procedures,
• Ensure the reliability and quality of the deployment of assigned projects,
• Support the Implementation Project Manager in completing documents such as configuration sheets, enhancement or issue reports, and tickets, for activity tracking
