Production Operator

Drymix Ltd, a member of the UBP Group, is looking for motivated and safety-conscious Production Operators to join our Factory Operations Team. Reporting to the Plant Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality production operations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Operate and monitor production, packing and drying equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, first-line maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Prepare materials and production lines to support production targets.
• Perform product changeovers and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Complete production, maintenance and shift records accurately.
• Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Stores and Logistics teams.
• Participate in 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain good housekeeping and comply with QSHE requirements.
• Report safety hazards, equipment issues and quality deviations promptly.
• Support operations across different production stations as required.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• NC4 in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation or another relevant technical field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
• Willingness to work on shifts
• Good technical and problem-solving skills
• Safety-conscious, reliable and team-oriented
