Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse customer, sales, loyalty and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Monitor business and marketing performance through relevant KPIs, dashboards and recurring reports.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Analyse customer behaviour and develop segmentation approaches to support more targeted and effective marketing.
- Combine data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive view of business and marketing performance.
- Conduct consumer, competitor and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Support customer surveys and other research initiatives, from design through to analysis.
- Translate complex data into clear insights, presentations and actionable recommendations for management.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency and reliability of data and reporting.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Digital and other business teams to understand their analytical needs.
- Continuously improve reporting processes, performance metrics and the use of data in decision-making.
Job Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Statistics, Data Analytics, Marketing, Business or another relevant quantitative field.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, data analytics, CRM, loyalty or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical capabilities.
- Sound understanding of statistical analysis, forecasting, trend analysis and customer segmentation.
- Strong data visualisation, reporting and PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Ability to translate data into meaningful business recommendations for both analytical and non-analytical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French.

- Experience in the retail or FMCG sector.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI or other business intelligence and analytics platforms.
- Experience with loyalty programmes, CRM, digital marketing or marketing automation.
- Familiarity with digital and social media analytics.
- Experience working with large datasets from multiple sources.
