Legal Customer Portfolio Officer

 Rogers Capital Credit Ltd is looking for a Legal customer portfolio assistant to assist in the day-to day challenges of the recovery department and to work in close collaboration with the Compliance department.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Gather critical information and documentations to prepare plaints 
• Prepare the statement of facts as per requirement
• File small claims, 
• Follow up of small claim cases and attend court as and when required
• Assist in the follow up of cases with Attorney
• Any other cognate duties. 

Qualification:

• Diploma/Degree in Law/Management 
• Knowledge of applicable industry legislations 
• Experience in similar role would be an advantage 
• Strong sense of ethics
