Job Description

Our client, a well-established company based in Riche Terre, is currently looking for a Production & Store Supervisor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and supervise daily production and grinding activities.
  • Lead, supervise and motivate the production and store teams to achieve operational targets.
  • Monitor stock levels, inventory and the movement of materials and products.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling and accurate recording of materials.
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, housekeeping and workplace organisation.
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance and report any operational issues to Management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to improving operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate production and operational reports.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Ensure that company procedures and safety standards are consistently followed.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Certificate in Production Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering or a related field would be an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, recycling or similar operational environment.
  • Good understanding of inventory management, production planning and Occupational Safety & Health (OSH).
  • Good computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.
  • A valid forklift/reach truck licence would be an advantage.
  • Hands-on, proactive and safety-conscious approach to work.
