Position Summary
Our client is seeking an Associate Manager - Client Services to oversee the day-to-day management of the Client Services function and support the Head of Client Services as deputy when required.
The role will focus on ensuring the efficient delivery of corporate, fiduciary and administrative services to a portfolio of international clients while maintaining compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies and service standards.
The Associate Manager will act as the primary operational escalation point for the Client Services team, review medium-complexity technical matters, supervise client onboarding and implementation projects, and support resource planning and operational performance initiatives.

- Chaired operational meetings and ensured action points were implemented.
- Identified operational bottlenecks and recommended process improvements.
- Monitored compliance with internal procedures and service level expectations.
- Acted as the first escalation point for operational and administrative matters.
- Reviewed and approved board and shareholder resolutions.
- Reviewed corporate governance and company secretarial documentation.
- Reviewed dividend declarations and corporate actions.
- Reviewed director and officer appointments and resignations.
- Reviewed constitutional amendments and annual meeting documentation.
- Reviewed routine regulatory submissions and compliance documentation.
- Reviewed banking and signatory mandate documentation.
- Reviewed client correspondence and advice notes.
- Reviewed business plans and onboarding documents.
- Reviewed CRS, FATCA and substance assessments.
- Referred complex, high-risk or precedent-setting matters to the Head of Client Services.
- Maintained responsibility for a portfolio of key client relationships.
- Served as a senior contact for day-to-day client matters.
- Attended client and board meetings where required.
- Reviewed significant client communications prepared by team members.
- Ensured client queries were addressed professionally and within agreed timeframes.
- Resolved service delivery issues and client concerns promptly.
- Supported client retention and cross-selling initiatives.
- Led the operational implementation of newly approved business.
- Coordinated onboarding activities between Client Services, Compliance, Accounting and Banking teams.
- Monitored onboarding timelines and deliverables.
- Participated in client take-on meetings.
- Ensured all onboarding requirements were satisfied before activation of services.
- Assisted in preparing implementation plans for complex structures.
- Promoted compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
- Monitored statutory deadlines and compliance requirements across client portfolios.
- Ensured periodic reviews were conducted in accordance with internal procedures.
- Identified operational and regulatory risks within client structures.
- Assisted with internal and external audits.
- Supported remediation projects arising from audit, compliance or regulatory reviews.
- Escalated material risks to senior management as appropriate.
- University degree in Law, Finance, Management, Governance or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience within the global business, fiduciary, trust or corporate services industry.
