We’re looking for a QA Engineer to join our fast-paced product engineering team in Mauritius.

You will report directly to the CTO and work closely with our development team, with strong ownership over product quality, testing, and the progressive automation of our QA processes.

What you’ll do

• Perform manual, functional, regression, exploratory and E2E testing

• Understand requirements and identify edge cases before release

• Create and maintain clear test cases and test scenarios

• Report, reproduce and follow up on bugs with developers

• Test web, mobile and APIs

• Build and maintain automated tests

• Improve regression coverage and QA processes

• Work closely with developers throughout the development lifecycle

• Depending on your experience, contribute to defining test strategy, automation standards and QA best practices

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field — mandatory

• ISTQB Foundation Level certification — mandatory

• Strong manual testing fundamentals

• Hands-on experience with test automation

• Experience with automation tools/frameworks including Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Ranorex, TOSCA or equivalent

• Knowledge of Playwright is strongly preferred

• Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools

• Good understanding of test design, regression testing and defect management

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment

• Autonomous, rigorous and detail-oriented

• Able to communicate clearly with developers and stakeholders

Nice to have

• Git and CI/CD knowledge

• Mobile application testing

• SQL/database validation

• Experience running automated tests within CI/CD pipelines
