The Beach Waiter is responsible for providing efficient, courteous, and professional food and beverage service to guests at the beach while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, take orders, and provide prompt and professional food and beverage service.
• Set up and maintain beach tables, chairs, umbrellas, service stations, and equipment.
• Ensure food and beverages are served according to hotel standards, menu specifications, and proper presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beach service area and equipment.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently and handle equipment carefully to prevent damage or loss.
• Provide guests with accurate information and recommendations on food, beverages, and hotel services.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and complaints and escalate unresolved issues to supervisors.
• Monitor guest comfort, needs, and satisfaction throughout the service.
• Report maintenance issues, breakages, accidents, and lost and found items.
• Follow hotel policies, Food & Beverage procedures, health and safety standards, and beach safety requirements.
• Maintain excellent grooming, hygiene, punctuality, and professional conduct.
• Participate in departmental briefings, meetings, and training.
• Work effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by management.
