The Bar Server is responsible for providing friendly and efficient beverage service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests, take beverage orders, and provide prompt and professional service.
• Ensure beverages are served according to menu specifications, temperature, and presentation standards.
• Assist the Bartender with mise en place and daily bar operations.
• Set up, clean, and maintain tables, counters, side stations, furniture, and service equipment.
• Ensure glasses, crockery, utensils, and equipment are clean and ready for use.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently throughout service.
• Handle equipment and materials carefully and report breakages, losses, and maintenance issues.
• Provide accurate information and recommendations on beverages and respond to guest preferences.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant supervisor.
• Obtain guest feedback and contribute to improving service quality.
• Follow Food & Beverage hygiene, health, safety, and operational procedures.
• Maintain excellent grooming, personal hygiene, punctuality, teamwork, and professional conduct.
• Participate in departmental briefings, meetings, and training.
• Comply with hotel policies and applicable employment regulations.
• Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by management.
