What you will be doing:

• Perform routine building maintenance and minor repairs.

• Repair doors, windows, locks, and hinges.

• Paint walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces.

• Replace light bulbs, light fixtures, switches, and electrical outlets.

• Repair and maintenance of air conditioning system.

• Perform minor plumbing repairs and maintenance.

• Inspect properties to identify maintenance issues.

• Maintain tools and work areas in a safe and organized condition.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests.

• Clean gutters and perform exterior maintenance.

• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.

• Keep accurate records of completed work and materials used.

• Assist contractors or specialized trades when larger repairs are required.

What are we looking for?

• Should possess an NC3 or NC4 qualification in Electrical Installation, or an equivalent qualification.

• Previous experience in electrical support

• Plumbing and Electrical skills with a practical, hands-on approach.

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently when required.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Flexibility and willingness to assist across operational areas and different units.
