We are looking for a friendly, well-presented and customer-focused Hostess Cashier to join our Food & Beverage team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage restaurant reservations and waiting lists.
• Answer guest enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare guest bills and process cash, card and room charge payments accurately.
• Balance the cash float and complete end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Maintain the hostess desk and cashier area in a clean and organized condition.
• Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of POS/cashiering systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, reliable and customer-oriented.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
