Job Description

We are hiring for a highly organised and proactive secretary/administrative assistant with at least 2 years experience to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, manage daily administrative operations, and provide support to the team. If you are a multitasking wizard who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors, answer incoming phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
  • Draft professional memos, letters, and reports, prepare agendas, set up meeting rooms.
  • Coordinate meetings, book travel arrangements, update and maintain filing systems and digital records.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies, order materials, and liaise with vendors and building management.
  • Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role (minimum of 2 years).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office equipment (printers, scanners).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a highly professional demeanour.
  • Outstanding time-management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • O-Level certificate is a must and A-Level certificate is a plus.
