Role Summary

The Operations Executive supports and coordinates port operations services (including port agency, offshore, cruise, dry/liquid cargo, navy, and liner) to ensure smooth, efficient processes in line with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vessel inward and outward clearance, including boarding at port and outer anchorage.
• Prepare and manage cost estimates (PDA) and ensure accurate operational data systems
• Handle cargo operations from landing to delivery onboard vessels.
• Coordinate crew changes and related activities.
• Support customs clearance and act as backup to the Clearing Supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards (QMS).
• Promote company services and maintain efficient information flow.

Skills and Abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication (written and verbal).
• Good organization and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Analytical thinking, especially in Excel and reporting.
• Self-motivated with a forward-thinking, global mindset.

Requirements

• Relevant academic qualification.
• Knowledge of customs clearance processes and documentation.
• Around 2 years’ experience in shipping/port operations.
• Understanding of Incoterms.
• Valid driver’s licence preferred.
