The Store/Warehouse Supervisor must manage store operations by monitoring inventory, organizing staff work schedules, and providing store performance reports. Also, to maintain the store and ensure that the store is clean.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise Daily operations: Oversee the daily operations of store, ensuring that the team delivers excellent customer service, maintain store standards and follow operational procedures;
Staff Management and Training: Supervise and train junior staff (store officer/ helper);
Inventory Control: Assist in managing stock levels, overseeing inventory count, ensuring proper stock rotation and reporting discrepancies to the Finance team;
Collaborate with the Showroom manager to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time and all customer concerns are addressed promptly;
Organise the required resources (staff and transport facilities) in view of upcoming deliveries and/or collections;
Customer Service Excellence: Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional and efficient manner;
Oversee the direct delivery of materials on client premises and ensure that the stock records are adequately updated;
Goods inspection: Assist with inspecting incoming shipments for damages or discrepancies and report any issues to the Finance team and
Reporting and Documentation: Assist in generating sales reports, updating inventory records and maintaining accurate documentation of store activities
