DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent guest service by discovering all of our guests needs and acting on these needs promptly, effectively and with confidence.
- Correct booking and cashing up if necessary for all services provided. Booking of all transactions.
- Work across all areas of Restaurant, In Room Dining, and Main Bar, to ensure that guest expectations are exceeded and standards are consistently maintained.
- Operate and handle billing.
- To provide exceptional service to guests.
- To maintain good working relationships with your colleagues.
- Prepare ‘mise en place’ for the restaurant and or bar to the standard set by the Resort procedures.
- To be fully conversant with all In Room Dining, Restaurant, and Main Bar policies and procedures.
- To maintain high standards of personal hygiene at all times.
- To conduct any cognate duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Good Communication skills
- Knowledge of Micros System
- Fluent in French and English
- Extrovert Personality
- Holder of Basic Food Hygiene certificate
- Minimum 1 year working experience
- Ability to work odd hours
- Pleasant and Proactive Personality
