DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide excellent guest service by discovering all of our guests needs and acting on these needs promptly, effectively and with confidence.
  • Correct booking and cashing up if necessary for all services provided. Booking of all transactions.
  • Work across all areas of Restaurant, In Room Dining, and Main Bar, to ensure that guest expectations are exceeded and standards are consistently maintained.
  • Operate and handle billing.
  • To provide exceptional service to guests.
  • To maintain good working relationships with your colleagues.
  • Prepare ‘mise en place’ for the restaurant and or bar to the standard set by the Resort procedures.
  • To be fully conversant with all In Room Dining, Restaurant, and Main Bar policies and procedures.
  • To maintain high standards of personal hygiene at all times.
  • To conduct any cognate duties as assigned by the direct supervisor. 

 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Good Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Micros System
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Extrovert Personality
  • Holder of Basic Food Hygiene certificate
  • Minimum 1 year working experience
  • Ability to work odd hours
  • Pleasant and Proactive Personality
