Trainee-Customer Success and Research Associate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee-Customer Success and Research Associate. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in client engagement, operational support, and data management within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on emails from new leads, including proposal preparation and query resolution.
• Prepare prospect summaries, meeting minutes, and client handover documents.
• Request mock payslips, prepare estimates, and verify invoicing rates across currencies.
• Coordinate requests with in-country partners and internal teams.
• Update the weekly pipeline report and compile monthly sales reports.
• Conduct due diligence (KYC) for newly signed clients.
• Share resources such as factsheets, brochures, and pricing documents with prospects.
• Serve as ISO and CRM Champion, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to monitor qualified leads and manage follow-ups.
• Maintain a contact list of new clients for newsletters and updates.
