Trainee Administrative & Operations Clerk
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing credit information required to assess lease applications
- Support the follow-up of client applications to ensure completeness and timely delivery, with guidance from team members.
- Help monitor customer performance by learning to review accounts and financial statements, under mentorship.
- Ensure adherence to KYC Policies and operating procedures, with training on compliance standards and practices.
- Operate as a team player, ensuring the achievement of the department's goals.
- Learn to acquire and build business relationships with new customers and maintain good relationships with existing ones.
- Project a professional business image, promoting and upholding the company's values as you develop in the role.
- Participate in regular client visits and assist with interactions with companies and suppliers as part of training.
Qualifications & Experience
- Higher School Certificate with Accounting and Mathematics
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the current position or equivalent
- Conversant with Microsoft office package
- Knowledge of AML/CFT Framework.
Profile
- Good customer skills and positive attitude
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Computer literate with very good proficiency in Ms Excel
- Good communication and written skills in English and French.
