To provide assistance to the Accounting Department.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and post accounting documents such as fees, receipts, invoices, requisitions, vouchers, expense accounts and related operating reports
- File and maintain accounting records and reports
- Prepare statements and lists of outstanding bills payable
- Prepare payment for creditors and perform supplier statement reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum HSC or equivalent
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office applications
Other Requisites:
- Detail-oriented and excellent organisational skills
- Able to handle pressure and work within tight deadlines
