Dragon Electronics Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Temporary Accounts Clerk. This position is for a fixed term of 6 months and offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job Descriptions
- Maintain proper records of financial transactions
- Verify accuracy of relevant documents
- Make and check entries and total ledgers / schedules
- Compile reports at regular intervals
- Prepare financial accounts at specified time period
- Prepare monthly and quarterly VAT return when necessary
- Do inventories
Qualifications and Experiences
- HSC
- Prior experience in an accounting or clerical role is an asset
- Strong numerical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
