Technician

Seeking a Technician to maintain and service electrical golf carts, perform repairs, conduct inspections, replace damaged parts, and ensure work meets safety standards, while supporting team leaders and reporting to management.

Job Title: Technician

Our client is looking for a Technician to join their team, responsible for the maintenance and servicing of electrical golf carts. The candidate will perform skilled repair services on electrical equipment, including identifying damaged parts, inspecting vehicles, and determining necessary repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and service electrical golf carts as required.
• Perform skilled repairs on electrical equipment in accordance with established safety procedures.
• Conduct inspections to evaluate requests for repairs and ensure accurate diagnosis.
• Identify parts needed for replacement and follow through with the ordering process.
• Complete field reports clearly and thoroughly after each job is completed.
• Assist team leaders and heads with day-to-day repairs and servicing.
• Report directly to the Service Manager and Product Support Manager.
• Follow up on damaged parts and ensure the process is completed until the final quote is provided.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in electrical maintenance or repair is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and complete work to a high standard.
• Strong attention to detail when completing inspections and field reports.
• Good communication skills, particularly in liaising with team leaders and managers.
• Experience in identifying and ordering replacement parts is a plus.
