Barman- Le Suffren Hotel and Marina

Main Scope: Responsible to sell and supply liquor and/or light refreshments across the bar counter You must perform regular checks of the bar area for maintenance requirement and inform the Bar Manager of any dicrepancy

Operational Responsibilities:

• Promote customer satisfaction through a high standard of efficiency and courtesy
• Ensure that guest's orders are taken promptly and correctly and respond top all guests complaints 
• Execute a withdrawal of an unsafe product
• Assist with the stock taking of beverage
• Ensure that the Bar area is clean
• Ensure a minimum loss through breakage.
