PNL is seeking an HR Assistant to join its HR Department.
MAIN DUTIES:
• Process employee attendance in line with established procedures, ensuring that monthly attendance data is captured accurately, and payroll reports are submitted in a timely manner.
• Prepare departmental reports and analysis as per established frequency and agreed format.
• Carry out the induction and update records of new staff.
• Plan, and organize training sessions.
• Coordinate staff welfare activities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Holder of a Higher School Certificate.
• A certificate in Human Resources or equivalent and/or any other higher relevant qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar post.
• Excellent knowledge of Office Software (Excel, Word) and hands-on experience with an HRMS would constitute a definite advantage.
• Excellent communication (both written and spoken)
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
