Technical Specialist

The key purpose of this role is to be responsible for the company's network infrastructure and devices as well as supporting the end-users on a daily basis.

Key outputs and responsibilities: Under this role the incumbent shall be responsible for the company's network infrastructure and devices as well as supporting the end-users The incumbent will be tasked with monitoring and attending to computer systems and applications as well as their configurations and diagnosis. Also in the role shall be generic tasks of software and hardware installations and maintenance as well as keeping systems and devices up-to-date Be responsible for all business tech equipment and devices, as well as their inventories, installations, maintenance and replacement.

Profile: Education And Experience: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Engineering, or Related field Two Years working in an Corporate IT environment Microsoft Certification (MCSE/MCITP
