This role includes managing customer portfolios, ensuring payment compliance, providing farming community support, aiding in market share growth strategies, overseeing orders, fostering new customer relationships, and reporting on sales activities.

 

  • Main Duties:

    • Follow up of a portfolio of customers as assigned by management.
    • Ensuring debtors are in accordance to established payment terms.
    • Making field visits to the farming community and provide technical support.
    • Assisting the Sales Manager in building strategies to increase market share.
    • To participate in implementation of strategies to increase market share.
    • To follow up for orders and production and ensure that delivery is done in a timely manner.
    • Finding new customers and creating a sales relationship with potential buyers
    • Building relationships with clients and encouraging long-term buyers.
    • Reporting on Sales activities and/ or other aspects as designated by Management.


  • Qualification and Experience:

    • BSc/ Diploma in Agriculture
    • Experience in relevant field will be a definite advantage.
    • Holder of a Valid Driving License(Manual)
