Team Leader Bancassurance

The Team Leader will support the Assistant Manager – Bancassurance to build & develop the Bancassurance business and partnerships to drive sales to profitable business growth.

The Team Leader Bancassurance will support the Assistant Manager - Bancassurance to build and develop the Bancassurance business and partnerships to drive sales to profitable business growth.

Main Responsibilities 

• Achieve sales targets for channel in line with company objective. 
• Build relationships with partners & bank officers.
• Monitor Sales production.
• Analyze and report business results on a monthly basis.
• Coordinate the good running of operations between MUA Life department and banks.
• Identify and explore new opportunities.
• Maintain good working relations with all stakeholders.
• Train & motivate bank partners on timely basis on product and other new business developments/opportunities.
• Conduct research on competitors’ products.
• Research on competitors’ rates prior to submitting quote. 

Job Requirements 

• Degree Holder in Management, Marketing or any other related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in sales would be an advantage.
• Result-oriented and committed to meeting deadlines.
• Good attitude and able to work in a team and under pressure.
