Our client, a management company is seeking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Executive who will report to the Head of HR and HR Director. The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to fulfill the demand of resources.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & identifying: Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. Sourcing channel optimisation.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications based on job requirements.
- Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews with most matching candidates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, preferred candidate profiles and deadlines (DOE).
- Job Postings & Advertising: Create and post job descriptions on various platforms, ensuring they align with company culture and attract best matching candidates.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand through social media, events, and recruitment marketing to attract high-quality talent.
- Onboarding Coordination: Work with HR and hiring teams to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding process for new hires.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, making recommendations for process improvements.
- Talent Pipeline Development / Candidates database: Develop and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Recruitment Process: Review and update for process optimisation.
- HR matters: Forming part of the HR Team, can be assigned to other HR related tasks.
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Exposure to finance services sector will be and advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Sourcing and recruitment techniques.
- Interviewing and assessment skills.
- Familiarity with recruiting metrics and analytics
