We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment process by screening CVs, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and assisting with administrative tasks. Help us attract and retain top talent to drive our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen CVs and coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and the recruitment manager.
- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Assist with job postings and sourcing candidates through various channels.
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum HSC required.
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR coordination is a plus.
- Able to communicate fluently in English and French both orally and in writing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
