PNL is looking for a Telesales and Invoicing Clerk for its Consumer Department..
MAIN DUTIES:
- Achieves calls target.
- Contacts existing and potential customers for sales prospects.
- Maintains an up-to-date customer database.
- Processes orders in an accurate and timely manner.
PROFILE:
- Proven experience as telesales representative or pharmacy dispenser will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
