Sustainability Lead

This role will involve developing, implementing, and overseeing various sustainability initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s sustainability goals and objectives, and promoting a culture of sustainability throughout the organisation.

C-Care is currently looking for a Sustainability Lead at the Corporate office, Moka.

What you will be doing:

• Lead community outreach programs and projects that benefit local communities.
• Lead employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives and organize sustainability training programs.
• Oversee community outreach projects, collaborating with local organizations to address social issues.
• Develop and implement environmental sustainability projects and track progress on impact.
• Define project goals, create detailed plans, manage budgets, and monitor project risks and progress.
• Develop and execute the company's sustainability strategy, track KPIs, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Engage stakeholders to achieve sustainability goals and represent the company at relevant forums and events.
