The Store Helper supports store operations by assisting with stocking shelves, organizing products, maintaining a clean environment, and helping customers as needed. This role is crucial to keeping the store running smoothly and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in unpacking, stocking, and organizing merchandise on shelves.
- Keep aisles and common areas clean, organized, and free of clutter.
- Help maintain the cleanliness of display areas, fitting rooms (if applicable), and other store sections.
- Provide friendly assistance to customers, answering questions or guiding them to products.
- Assist with inventory counts and report low-stock items to the supervisor.
- Support cashiering and bagging when needed, especially during busy periods.
- Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail or a similar environment is a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward customer service
