Spa Specialist

Follow health & safety rules, create a welcoming atmosphere, assist with inventory, sell & demo products, advise on skincare, perform treatments & massages, sterilize tools, resolve customer concerns, attend meetings, and handle other tasks as needed.

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and protocols.
• Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
• Assist in inventory management and product ordering as needed.
• Selling products or services to customers and representing the brand. This can include asking questions to pinpoint the best offerings, giving demos or presentations, and maintaining customer relationships.
• Presenting and demonstrating the company’s products/services to potential customers, convincing customers to purchase company products and close sales.
• Creating customer awareness of company’s products/services and make suitable recommendations to customers
• Resolving customer complaints, questions and concerns regarding product pricing, availability, features, and benefits.
• Participating in company meetings with your manager
• Perform any other cognate duties that may from time to time be required which are appropriate to the role and business requirements.
• Evaluating clients’ beauty needs by asking questions and performing skin analyses.
• Performing various massage techniques on clients’ face, hands, feet, and back.
• Explaining all treatment procedures to clients.
• Performing various skin treatments according to clients’ needs, such as peels, facials, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
• Offering clients advice on cosmetic and skincare products.
• Properly sterilising beauty tools and equipment after every use
