Software Implementation/ Support Consultant

We are hiring software consultants with the following skills and experience: • BSc or equivalent in IT/Business or related field • Knowledge in accounting will be an advantage

Job title: Software Implementation/Support Consultant (ERP and Accounting)

Experience required: Minimum of 3 years

Functional Skills:

• Experience in using and deploying ERP solutions
• Experience in accounting will be an advantage
• Problem resolving abilities
• Testing software applications
• Process and user-guide documentation
• Excellent communication skills
• Dispense training to end users

 Behavioural Skills:

• Excellent team player (interacts in an open and truthful manner, respects differences/diversity within the team and works towards uplifting the performance of the team).
• Positive attitude (cares about the project and the organisation. Is willing to go to great lengths to get the job done).
• Strong communication skills (able to understand problems clearly, break them down into hypotheses and propose solutions in a coherent manner. Does not need to have everything written down in a specifications document. Interacts in a confident, transparent and trustful manner with colleagues and clients. Proficient in oral and written English and French).
• Time and task management (has strong work ethics and shows up at meetings on time. Has the ability to estimate the amount of time needed to complete a task. Able to manage his clients independently and to prioritise tasks based on the team/organisation's needs).
• Self learner (ability to learn new technologies on their own and aren’t intimidated by new technologies. Takes full accountability for tasks assigned and takes responsibility for consequent actions. Has the flexibility to wear different hats if required. Works with no supervision).
