We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to oversee order processing, stock management, and production follow-ups. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Order Processing: Manage orders from instructions to reconciliation, ensuring seamless follow-ups.
✅ Garment Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, lead stock meetings, and coordinate replenishments until delivery.
✅ Tailor-Made Garment Production: Obtain quotes, place orders, and track production to ensure timely customer deliveries.
✅ Complaint Management: Collaborate with the production team to investigate and resolve quality issues.
✅ Support to Head of Operations: Assist with payment follow-ups, refunds, and other operational tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Qualifications: Diploma or BSc in Operations Management or a related field.
💼 Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role.

• Strong planning, organizing, and coordination skills.
• Keen attention to detail and a mindset for continuous improvement.
• Business acumen with an analytical approach.
