We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketer / Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team. You will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing social media campaigns.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies on platforms like Facebook and Instagram
- Create and manage digital ad campaigns, including audience targeting and optimization
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to ensure campaigns meet objectives and KPIs
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to create compelling visual content
- Manage online customer engagement by responding to comments and messages
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
- Use data - driven insights to adjust campaigns and maximize results
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or Digital Marketing Specialist
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and other social media ad platforms
- Familiarity with analytics tools ( Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and more)
- Experience with audience targeting and lead generation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking with a passion for social media trends and innovation
- Abitility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
