Job Overview
We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of solar installation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the execution of solar system installations, ensuring adherence to plans and schedules.
- Manage on-site teams, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to address concerns or updates.
- Monitor project milestones and report progress to the Operations Manager.
- Resolve issues or delays to maintain project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections for quality assurance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience in site management, preferably in solar or construction projects.
- Strong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of local safety regulations and codes.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
