As a Landscaping Portfolio Manager, you will manage a portfolio of clients and landscaping projects, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Also, serve as the primary point of communication for clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and landscaping projects.
- Overseeing all maintenance contracts, including training, development and staff motivation.
- Responsible for communication with portfolio of clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Managing budgets for projects, including labour costs, equipment and materials.
- Reviewing of budgets on a regular basis and timeous report of any variation.
- Managing job schedules to ensure completion of jobs on time.
- Motivating staff towards change those results in performance and quality improvement and quality.
- Assessing the quality of plants and other supplies and conducting site visits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Proactively ensure the development of updated landscaping practices and site procedures accordingly.
- Oversees and conducts continual inspections on landscaping construction and irrigation projects to determine and ensure that landscaping projects are in compliance with regulations and specifications as per the designed plans.
Profile, Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma in Agriculture, Landscaping or Horticulture will be a definite advantage.
- Computer literate, with good knowledge in Microsoft office, including word, excel, and PowerPoint and proficiency with outlook.
- Ability to read and understand construction & landscaping drawings.
- Knowledge in Landscaping irrigation will be an advantage.
- Holder of a valid driver’s license.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing landscaping works on construction and/ or maintenance sites.

- Professional and neat appearance is essential.
- Excellent negotiation, marketing and selling skills.

- Able to effectively handle multiple priorities, organise workload and meet deadlines.
