Site Manager

The ideal candidate should be holder of a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering and have at least 03 years proven experience in a similar position.

The Chosen candidate will be called upon to ensure:

• Contractual Rights are safeguarded
• Monitor time bars on contractual claims and notifications
• Ensure that contractual obligations are fulfilled
• To ensure that all instructions received are cascaded down formally to internal teams or subcontractors, suppliers and the like
• Advise on any potential contractual claims or liabilities
• Contractual notifications and claims to subcontractors are issued timeously
• The company’s Quality Assurance System is implemented
• Quality of the works is monitored for all activities on site from the start – including labour only, domestic, nominated, selected and direct subcontractors
• That any items of work being paid for satisfies the Company’s standards, the Industry’s standards and the Project’s standards, and
• Set up site with due regards to safety, welfare and operational efficiency
