Inoveite specializes in the provision of business process outsourcing services to overseas-based clients in fintech.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain discipline in terms of leaves and lateness to ensure proper running of operation.
2. Needs to be target oriented. (Knows the monthly expected FTDs per desk (languages), and breaks it on a daily basis and shares it among the team leaders to ensure that everyone is focused towards the same result.
3. Needs to monitor and check for daily, weekly and monthly KPIs to ensure that the operations are running good and need to be proactive when we are lagging behind on the run rate to realign towards it.
4. Ensure the proper running of the operation by coordinating between marketing and team leaders regarding expected deals and expected conversion rate on a daily basis.
5. Needs to provide and ensure that all the tools are available to the sales team so that they
Can be more productive.( PSP checks , phone providers are top up and numbers are clean)
6. Promote a sense of impartiality towards every team and be apt to listen to issues and be a prompt solution provider.
7. Needs to demonstrate good leadership skills and be an example to the team leaders to follow.
8. Create the link between conversion and retention so as to increase the quality of the FTDs by measuring agent’s FTD to Player value rate.
9. Provides training/advice to team members whenever required.
Requirements:
• Computer Literate
• Good Spoken English & French
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar role
• Knowledge of financial markets would be an advantage
• Ability to work on shift basis
