The TSE needs to assist the Site Engineer for the performance of one part of a large contract, a medium sized contract or a number of small contracts while the latter is responsible for the performance of one part of a large contract, a medium sized contract or a number of small contracts.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2-4 years of practical experience.
- Proficiency in using MS Office. MS Project and AutoCAD desirable.
- Excellent English language, communication, administrative and interpersonal skills.
