We are recruiting a Shop Supervisor – Showroom for our client in Grand Baie!

Monday to Friday

9:00 – 18: 00

Saturday

9:00 – 18: 00

Sunday

9:00 – 13: 00 (Only 4 -6 Sunday / annum during sales or December)

What you'll do:

• Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect furniture and decor
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store success

·       Assist with merchandise displays and visual merchandising

·       Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

·       Ensure accurate inventory levels and product information.

·       Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

What you'll bring:

• Your experience of retail (furniture/home decor preferred)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
• A passion for creating beautiful home environments

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma in Sales or equivalent
• 4 to 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sales-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (during sales periods)
• Possess a driving license and private car is an advantage
